Cancellation Policy

Full refunds (less a $10 per-person per-day fee) will be made on any deposit if cancellation is received by certified mail at least 2 weeks before departure date. Groups require 30 days notice. Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks before departure are not subject to refund. However, we do offer rain checks for the remainder of the deposit in instances we deem acceptable. Remember that we run all trips rain or shine. HDRO reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter or omit any part of the itinerary without notice, for any reason whatsoever, and without allowances or refund. Please keep in mind that minimum age recommendations fluctuate depending on water level, however, all participants must weigh at least 50 pounds by law.
