Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when a reservation is made with High Desert River Outfitters, that it is a commitment for us to hold space for you.  We can, and often do, turn away others from particular dates if we are too full. If you decide to cancel, it can be difficult for us to book someone else on that trip, especially if cancellations are made close to the departure date.  With this in mind we must be firm to the following policy.

 Day Trips: a $15/person cancellation fee will be assessed on any cancellation. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to trip departure will forfeit 50% of the total trip price.  However, you may substitute another person, with no penalty.  OR you may transfer the trip to another date.                                             A multi-day trip cancellation must be made within two weeks prior to the departure date.  A $25/person cancellation fee will be assessed on any multi-day trip cancellation.  If the cancellation is made during that two week period, a 50% per person fee will be charge.  However, you may substitute another person, with no penalty.  OR you may transfer the trip to another date.

No Shows & Same Day Cancellations:  Are subject to 100% of total trip price .  There are no exceptions to these cancellation policies. Normally all of our trips are a go, rain or shine. High Desert River Outfitter reserves the right to make itinerary changes, if necessary, due to water fluctuations, weather conditions, insufficient reservations or other factors beyond or out of our control.

Please keep in mind that minimum age recommendations fluctuate depending on water level, however, all participants must weigh at least 50 pounds by law.

We accept orders over the phone, payable with a major credit card.
A 50% deposit (up to $100 per person max.) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due by departure date.

1. Credit Card number and expiration date.
2. Number of people attending.
3. Desired reservation date.

By Mail
We accept personal checks, certified checks, cashier's checks and personal money orders by mail.
A 50% deposit (up to $100 per person max.) is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance will be due by departure date.
